Av8rAero is the convergence of deep technology expertise gained over 30 years across multiple Industry Domains, especially Aviation, Higher Education, Transportation, and Hospitality. The intersection of Aviation and Higher Education brought us to fascinating realm of Flight Training and Flight Simulator technology. A passion for aviation led to the start up of our Flight Simulation Center offering flight simulator services to aviators and non-aviators.

Av8rAero brings expertise in most aspects of airline operations technology including real-time mission critical Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Crew Pairing and Flight Training. In Higher Education, Av8rAero brings a unique multi-part perspective - Pilot, Flight Student, Aviation Faculty and Technologist -perspective which is not commonly found in consulting firms. To state it another way, Av8rAero performs in domains where we understand the business as deeply as we understand the technology that supports it. We also have deep passion for richness in Software Engineering and are excited about the possibilities that software technology is able to deliver.

Our Founder CP Jois, is a veteran in Computational Technology, with extensive experience in Fortune 500 companies, across multiple industry domains especially Commercial Aviation, Flight Training and Higher Education. Jois is a Software Engineer by academics with advanced degrees in Information Technology as well as Aeronautics. Jois is also a passionate Aviator - an Instrument-Rated Pilot, Flight Simulator Design Engineer, a Commercial Drone Pilot, and a Professor for Aeronautics at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

CP Jois was elected Fellow by the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) in January 2023 for his contributions in Aviation Human Factors.
