Av8rAero is the convergence of deep technology expertise gained over 30 years across multiple Industry Domains, especially Aviation, Higher Education, Transportation, and Travel. The intersection of Aviation and Higher Education brought us to the fascinating realm of Flight Training and Flight Simulator technology. A passion for aviation led to the start-up of our Flight Simulation Center, offering flight simulator services to aviators and non-aviators.
Av8rAero brings expertise in most aspects of airline operations technology, including real-time mission-critical Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Crew Pairing, and Flight Training. In Higher Education, Av8rAero brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective. Av8rAero performs in domains where we understand the business as deeply as we understand the technology that supports it. We also have a deep passion for the richness of Software Engineering and are excited about the possibilities that software technology can deliver.
Our Founder, CP Jois, is a veteran in Computational Technology, with extensive experience in Fortune 500 companies, across multiple industry domains, especially Commercial Aviation, Flight Training, and Higher Education. Jois is a Software Engineer by training, with decades of C-suite experience, and advanced degrees in Information Technology and Aeronautics. Jois is also a passionate Aviator - an Instrument-Rated Pilot, Flight Simulator Design Engineer, commercial drone pilot, and professor of aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
CP Jois was elected a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) for his contributions to aviation human factors.
